The surroundings of the hotel were quite beautiful, perfect for nature lovers. The staff was really helpful and accommodating, making our check-in experience pleasant. The food was great for dinner, and we had a big variety of options to choose from.
The hotel was mass-produced with crowded common areas, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The amenities and facilities were suboptimal for the price.

The location of this hotel was great, with plenty of outdoor activities to choose from during the winter season. the food was delicious, with enough options for my picky eater child. We also enjoyed the facilities for children and had a really great time spending Christmas here.
The room design needed improvement, as the bathroom door did not provide enough privacy for couples. We were also disappointed that no toiletries were provided in the room and had to buy our own.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains and the location is peaceful. the room was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities and good WiFi. the staff at the restaurant are lovely, and the food was tasty and varied. the breakfast was great with a wide selection of dishes and the customer service was top-notch.
The unsupervised and unclean family part of the spa and pool complex was a huge disappointment, and we couldn't use it at all.
